Cyber violence has become a matter of concern in Namibia lately with many stakeholders having started engaging in the matter over the last few months. While certain laws remain to be in place, awareness remains lacking generally. The University of Namibia law students have launched a campaign, while the Internet Society Namibia Chapter has been running a 6-months campaign as well on online violence against women. The Regulator has started to engage on the matter. This session will aim to bring together stakeholders in the space to engage in the matter to find solutions, map strategies and educate the public.
