DRIF 26 will be hosted at Radisson Blu Hotel, Abidjan Airport, Côte d’Ivoire from the 14th to the 16th of April, 2026.

Health and Vaccinations
Please ensure you secure travel insurance before travelling. Please note we are unable to assume responsibility for any costs related to medical expenses. If you need medication, please ensure you have all the medication you require. All delegates arriving in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, are advised to have a Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.

Data Collection in Hotels
Please note that most Abidjan Hotels require that you sign up to register for accommodation via an application portal that collects your personal data if this is your first time in Abidjan. The compliance with this requirement is at your discretion as PIN is not the recipient of the data.
Meals
Teas and lunch will be provided throughout DRIF official days.
Climate
Abidjan enjoys drier weather, more comfortable temperatures in April. The weather in April is very warm and muggy, with average highs of 86°F (30°C) and lows of 78°F (26°C).

Language and Interpretation services
Abidjan is predominantly French speaking. Non-French speakers are advised to have translation apps handy.
There will be French-English interpretation available at DRIF.

Connectivity
Wireless connectivity is available at the DRIF26 venue. Upon arrival, you can also purchase a local SIM card at the airport.
Currency
The West African CFA Franc is the currency of Côte d’Ivoire. The US Dollar is also acceptable in some places and for some transactions.
