Unpacking Internet Access in Namibia

The session will highlight synergies between access and inclusion, democracy, digital rights and inclusion within the Namibian context. The discussion will involve and engage key players in the decision making process in Namibia ranging from government, academia, the regulator as well as civil society organisations working in the above-mentioned areas. The session will serve as a platform to gauge insights for the Namibia Digital Strategy currently under development.
