Digital Health: The case of the African Child.

The digital revolution has brought about many possibilities and opportunities for the African child. However, digital literacy and health of African children in cyberspace have not been adequately addressed leading to their exposure to various risks and potential harm. The objective of this session will be to consider the extent to which the digital health of the African Child has been affected, the effects on their digital rights and inclusion and the steps that can be taken to mitigate any potential negative consequences.
