Ms. Matui’s experience is grounded on Access to Justice programs, ICT and development and increasing agency to rural communities for twelve (12) years. MS. Matui focuses on access to legal aid services to communities, rural settings and peripherals of cities. She has vast experience on tailor-made programs for women Human Rights projects at grassroots, this includes Women Human Rights Defenders Trainings, leadership training and human rights advocacy through CRE. Ms Matui has a track record on management of Professional institutions, from her acting CEOship with the Tanganyika Law Society the National Legal fraternity for Lawyers, attachment with Rule of Law Program at the American Bar Association and expressed interest to the International Bar Association through pro bono portfolio. Currently, she is a co-founding member of Women Action Towards Economic Development, a Non-Governmental Organization operating in Tanzania
