Adéṣínà Ayẹni (Ọmọ Yoòbá) is all about the accessibility, availability and sustainability of the Yorùbá language; a digital native, Adéṣínà started his career in 2007 at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (Radio Nigeria) working with many clients: BIG and small as a marketing executive creating effective marketing strategies that target Yorùbá language speaking audience. He heads the digital marketing unit of the Corporation’s Lagos Operations. A localization expert who has worked with international organizations like Engine Room, Creative Commons and others. As a voice-over artist, Adéṣínà has produced radio advertising content for Oando, EnoughIsEnough and Interswitch. Ọmọ Yoòbá is the Lingua Manager for Global Voices Yorùbá and the founder of Yobamoodua Cultural Heritage – that maintains one of the world’s online open repository of information in the Yorùbá language. He is also an Open Education professional, his resource on Climate Change in Yorùbá language is being used to educate non-English speakers of Yorùbá origin on the effects of climate change.
