Digital Safety Education: A Prerequisite for implementing 21st Century Curriculum.

The session seeks to address the need for integrating digital safety education into school curriculums so that learners acquire safety tips on the use of computers, phones, cable television services and the Internet as they learn how to use technology, instead of getting to know the inherent dangers after several unguarded uses of digital devices. This session is also crucial considering the increased need for virtual learning considering the COVID-19 pandemic which has resulted in lockdowns globally.
